CHERRY CREEK NORTH BID BOARD OF DIRECTORS SELECTS DESIGN WORKSHOP TEAM TO LEAD CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS DESIGN

CCN BID Board Votes to Retain Design & Program Management Firms

DENVER—The Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District (CCN BID) Board of Directors approved two contracts to initiate the design phase for a district-wide Capital Improvements program. The resolutions were approved at the March 19, 2008 CCN BID Board of Directors meeting.

An extensive proposal and interview process lead the Capital Improvements Committee to recommend the Design Workshop team to the CCN BID Board of Directors. Additional team members include CommArts (design), Desman (parking), Fehr & Peers (traffic), JVA (civil and structural) and Patrick Quigley (lighting design).

The second Board approved contract was with Nolte Associates for providing program management and inspection services for the design phase of the project.
